Shooters World Precision Rifle Smokeless Powder

Shooters world powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses ship from our warehouse with other products. This ensures no more than one Shipping Charge and one HazMat Charge per order (unless you also order products that Ship Separately from (ky-gunshop or our Suppliers). We limit Black Powder orders to 20 pounds of and no more than 66 pounds each of Smokeless Powder, Primers, or Fuse. Smokeless Powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses are considered hazardous materials, incur HazMat Charges, and can only ship ground freight within the continental U.S. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Smokeless Powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses cannot be returned.

Precision Rifle propellant has a burn rate and temperature sensitivity very similar to Hodgdon VARGET.

Temperature sensitivity, burn rate and propellant density closely track with the same properties of VARGET. However, testing reveals that velocity variation at ambient and extreme temperatures out-performs that of VARGET.

This characteristic benefit those seeking superior accuracy. Precision Rifle has a burn rate that permits use in a wide range of centerfire rifle cartridges.

Despite Precision Rifle being an extruded propellant, it provides good flow properties through a volumetric powder dump.  The grain is narrow, and cut short. Most reloaders insist on weighing each powder charge, that extra time is generally not necessary when loading for accuracy with this propellant.

Due to its cleanliness of burn and incorporated flash suppressant, there is virtually no muzzle flash with Precision Rifle. Precision Rifle is a steady form of Explosia bulk and Lovex canister propellant S062.

• Never mix any two powders regardless of type, brand, or source
• Never substitute any smokeless powder for Black Powder or any Black Powder substitute
