Hornady 6.5 PRC Brass Overview
6.5 PRC Brass offer reloaders excellent uniformity in wall thickness, weight and internal capacity. They measure for consistently tight wall concentricity and even run their cases through a pressure calibration test to ensure uniform case expansion during firing. Their cases allow proper seating of the bullet, not only in the case, but in the chamber as well. This is a High quality brass which contributes to consistent charges and pressures.

The brass has only minor variance in weight and length, well within acceptable limits to produce sub-moa loads. Uniform primer pockets, and base to datum measurement is consistent throughout the 50 pcs. After being 1x fired then sized, trimmed and fully prepped,it is outstanding brass! Mine are on their 3rd reload and the pockets are still snug. I annealed after the 2nd firing and the ES & SD dropped by about another 15% on the 3rd firing. I’ll keep buying. My best load is with the 142 accubond LR and reloder 26 with 5 a shot group measuring .325″ at 100 yards.
