These are the best on the market. I shoot competition and these are very reliable and accuate. They are hard to find so by them in bulk. Put your S&W 40 in the little small circle time after time.

All I use is Federal primers for everything. Never had an issue and everything is accurate so why switch

Over the years, I have heard that Federal Primers are too soft and can even be dangerous. I use a single stage press and I prime my cases with a Lee Auto-Prime, so I’m not cranking out rounds like popcorn. I love my S&W revolvers and have tuned the actions on some. I’ve had some bad experience with other primers, but I’ve never had any mishaps or problems with Federal. This includes everything from my 38’s to my 460 mag.

What can I say? Federal Gold Medal Match primers are the best – bar none (just wish they weren’t so hard to get). If you’re reading this, you’re probably already aware of Kentucky Gun’s reputation.
