As the name implies, H50BMG powder extruded rifle propellant is a clean-burning powder designed expressly for the 50 caliber BMG cartridge.
Because it shares the same technology as VARGET, H50BMG powder displays a high degree of thermal stability in temperature extremes.
Tests have conclusively proven that H50BMG (50 bmg powder) yields very low extreme spreads in velocity and pressure. All this translates into small groups at extended ranges!

I have loaded appox. 100 rounds of .50BMG using this powder. I have gotten some really nice groups with Winchester M33 650gr. Ball and also with Hornady 750gr. AMAX. Very clean burning and consistent!

This powder works very well in my match loads for my .50 BMG rifle. It’s been very consistent and produces good results when used with A-MAX bullets.

I use Hogdon 50BMG in my 6.5mm benchrest rifle for 1,000yd competition. H50BMG has a very slow burn rate allowing me to get a slightly compressed load with very even burning. The extruded granules are large so it is a pain to load, but it performs really well.
